Job Description
As the Senior Project Manager, Performance Creative you will lead a large portfolio of clients and meaningfully contributes with the Performance Creative Service Line. You will oversee multiple relationships between the agency and the client. You will partner with Merkle client leadership to ensure that client expectations across their accounts are met, especially focused on creative delivery. You will oversee the financial reporting process for their portfolios and monitoring utilization and monthly forecasts. You will be responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, and resolving team conflicts. This is a remote position reporting to Group SVP, Creative Client Engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables and estimated resources needed.
- Provide thought leadership to the client and team to grow and deliver based on a client's evolving needs
- Responsible for retention of existing client business and organic growth within portfolio
- Ensure that client accounts remain in scope and meet financial requirements, delivery timelines and quality requirements
- Oversee portfolio financials for their account including creation of SOWs and pricing, Opening of project inD365, delivering monthly forecast to the business
- Oversee communications between multiple stakeholders and serves as the escalation contact regarding account needs
- Assist in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFP's, estimates and schedules
- Own client budgets and staffing requirements
- Own portfolio resourcing
- Ensure delivery of all requirements under SOWs and client agreements
- Develop creative briefs for projects
- Guide new project processes and ensure implementation across the teams
- Analyze weekly and monthly hours report and flag concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, advertising, business management or related area of study
- 7-9 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability and effective delivery of products or services
- Experience managing $2M+ portfolio
- Experience in managing delivery of client-facing and internally facing products or services.
- PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization preferred
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
