Senior Project Manager (PJM)

As a Senior Project Manager (PJM), you’ll lead the contractor team in providing best business practices to the RFMSS program, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do: 

• Serve as the Government’s point of contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
• Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support provided to RFMSS. 
• Provide oversight of Contractor staff and support activities, manage contract costs, coordinate with the COR, and fill personnel vacancies.
• Manage overall contract performance to include providing subcontract management, oversee invoicing, contract change proposals; and understand the needs and customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use a working knowledge in system development and integration; strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• A master’s degree from an accredited College or University or a PMP certification, as well as a minimum of 10 years of specialized PJM experience in the following areas: providing oversight of multi-technical teams, systems development, integration, and sustainment environment, planning and managing tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints.
• In lieu of a Master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University, as well as 12 years of PJM experience in the following areas: providing oversight of multi-technical teams, preferably in a systems development, integration, and sustainment environment, planning and managing tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints.
