Senior Project Manager, Product Marketing GTM (Contract)

About You

Nutrafol is searching for a Senior Project Manager, Marketing Product GTM for an ~8-month contract. This person will bring hands-on experience with bringing new products to life within a brand marketing team. This position is remotely based, and will work full-time hours (40 hours/week), from August 2023 - April 2024. 

Day-to-day, you’ll work directly with executives and the marketing leadership team to lead the management of new product introductions into the market, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. Partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization, you'll drive the project plan to develop and deliver a new product to market, from initial kick-ff to post launch optimization. Your goal will be to create a seamless product launch leading multiple internal teams (product, brand, growth, retention, e-commerce marketing, operations and tech) and external agency partners across a 360 marketing plan with multi-channel distribution. 

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery for key product launch projects and marketing plans, including work plan development and adherence, status reporting and remediation (as appropriate) regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Communicate to stakeholders, partners, and leadership across all phases of work tailoring structure, and content of messaging to the needs of the audience
• Vendor management and timeline and budget adherence
• Monitor, track, and resolve issues and dependencies to maintain on time delivery of project deliverables
• Provide administrative support with the development of decks, meetings, and presentations as needed
• Represent product marketing GTM in weekly program and quarterly roadmap planning activities
• Be a thought leader in project management best practices and governance

Requirements

• 6-8 years experience leading multiple project teams through planning and delivery of complex integrated marketing projects
• Experience in project management within a creative agency or in-house marketing team environment
•  Deep understanding of marketing processes and operations
• Proficient in Asana and Google Suite, with the ability to learn additional systems quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, with an innovative and collaborative approach to motivating teams
• Ability to constructively evaluate projects in terms of needs, challenges, and schedules, and provide solutions as the need arises

The compensation range for this contract role is $55-$65 USD/hour.
