Job Role : Senior Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong Utility Operations/Work Management/SCADA/NMS/DMS/EMS background
  • 5-7 years of experience leading projects or directing key business initiatives or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using Project Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CIDLC, SDLC, Waterfall
  • Customer focused and ability to understand and appropriately respond to clients' business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing activities, delegating, monitoring assignments, and holding team members accountable for results.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing effectively and collaborating with internal employees, third party entities, and all levels of management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas; develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity; manage risks appropriately; manage information; and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Must demonstrate effective decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
  • Must demonstrate strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with utility business processes and operations.
