Qualifications & Experience

• 8 Years - Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• 8 Years - Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.
• 8 Years - Experience managing custom application development projects with at least 5 team members.
• 8 Years - Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• 8 Years - Experience successfully implementing IT solutions in an environment with project resources from across multiple teams or organizations.
• 8 Years - Experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex custom software application development project (where the software is developed in house for that specific organization) in an environment of similar size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
• Active Certified Scrum Master certification (please attach)
• Active professional Scrum Master certification (PSM). Please attach certificate.
• Active SAfe 6 Lean Portfolio Manager certification (please attach)
• Active SAfe 6 Practice Consultant certification (please attach)
• Currently active PMP or PGMP Certification as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent (attach a copy of the certificate)
• 4 Years - Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
• 4 Years - Experience creating and managing project forecast and actual budgets.
• 7 Years - Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.
• 2 Years - Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity
• 3 Years - Experience working in or for the public sector.
• 4 Years - Experience working with Mandated and Legislated Projects within short timelines.
• 5 Years - Experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities.
• 4 Years - Experience working with technical teams on complex IMT projects.
