This role offers the opportunity to lead large, complex technical projects from conception through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes while balancing multiple stakeholder interests. You will oversee multiple work streams, implement project management best practices, and proactively manage risks and changes in scope. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships at all levels. You will also be responsible for project financials, resource planning, and performance tracking, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and independent professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and successful project execution across the portfolio.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple large-scale technical projects with complex interdependencies
  • Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and define critical paths for project execution
  • Implement project management tools, techniques, and quality assurance procedures to drive efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report project progress, ensuring clear communication with all levels of management
  • Proactively manage project scope, risks, and resource allocation across multiple projects
  • Track and analyze project financials, including budgets, margins, revenue, and utilization, to ensure profitability
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project milestones and engagements
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in project management, ideally in technology or professional services
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
    • Proven ability to manage client expectations, vendor relationships, and internal resources
    • Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and profitability analysis across projects
    • Skilled at risk and issue management, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines independently
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating with teams and executives
    • Proficiency with project management software and tools
    • Demonstrated leadership in delivering successful project outcomes and influencing cross-functional teams
