About the Role

  • Manage critical technology projects in fast paced agile environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed project plans.
  • Manage cross team dependencies using a detailed oriented framework.
  • Manage high visibility risks, issues; removing roadblocks for the project team to ensure successful delivery
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to lead and inspire project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to proactively address project-related issues.
MUST HAVES:

  • Must be local to the greater Seattle area and willing to go into an awesome downtown office (on 2nd Avenue) twice a week
  • Retail, Digital, Technology experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with key stakeholders and leadership
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies to address challenges as they emerge.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, certification a plus
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • Contribute to and lead Process Improvement activities as appropriate.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive culture

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions and do not hire employees at the highest point of the pay range, targeting around the 50th percentile of the range. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us. As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $140,000. The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000.
