What You Will Do

This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading resource capacity analysis and tracking, program metrics and reporting, cross-wave alignment and project planning support and additional support as needed to ensure the success of the PMO. This role is a part of Stryker's largest ERP transformation to date. This individual will be supporting the finance, data and business analytics workstream throughout this SAP transformation. This position can sit remote, however, EST working hours are required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed resource capacity analysis across all active waves of ERP deployment, identify constraints and recommend alternative planning options to mitigate conflicts
• Aggregate critical program metrics and drive continuous, highly effective reporting to drive responses to all changes in program status
• Support development, maintenance and alignment of detailed project plans across multiple waves of ERP deployment, defining project tasks and resource requirements
• Coordinate and collaborate with all the Global ERP Program Project Managers and Solution Delivery Leads to ensure all dependencies are identified and managed in the overall program schedule
• Proactive risk and issues management. Includes the identification, assessment, and prioritization of all program risks combined with the discipline to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of the identified risk.
• Support the management and coordination on all aspects of our strategic partners and technology vendors as part of our delivery model
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Review and approve time cards associated with your project
• Support program guiding principles; drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary) with no customizations
• Has a proven record of managing successful projects. Experience leading successful large projects across multiple functions and locations
• Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP certification desired
• 10 years of professional experience is required
• Ability to consider upstream and downstream scheduling and process impacts and implications
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skillset
• Experienced in ERP Methodologies preferably both traditional waterfall as well more agile approaches
• International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred
• Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc. standards and processes
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to a diverse set of audiences

• $93,200.00- $199,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
