Senior Project Sourcing Manager

The Operations team partners closely with ResMed's five business leaders to understand their needs then providing a variety of products and services to help them meet those needs including Customer and Technical Services, Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Focused on enabling new product introduction and operating excellence, our team strives to improve time to market for new products and services, improve efficiencies in our cross-functional processes, and improve our supply chain through digitization and automation to increase value add to our customers.

As part of our Global Supplier Alliance (GSA), the of Project Sourcing function manages the assigned Supply Chain projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience, by delivering on time and on budget and managing stakeholder buy-in. We develop and implement strategy in-line with overall company objectives while focusing on internal and external customer needs.

In this highly visible role, you'll manage strategic sourcing activities, supplier engagement and contract management, supply base development and relationship management, pertaining to supplier engagements in support of a portfolio of Product Development based projects.

Let's talk about Responsibilities:

• Provide the key linkage between our supply base, the Product Development Cross Functional Teams (XFT) and ResMed's wider Global Supplier Alliance group for the given portfolio.
• Maintain supplier engagements to provide the best overall outcome for the business while meeting the specific requirements of the portfolio.
• Work cross functionally to support sourcing requirement for the projects align to time to market, product cost budget and required quality.
• Having a business excellence mindset in everything that we do and doing what we do the best way possible to help ResMed continue to grow.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Proven Project Management skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with a solid technical aptitude.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible to receive stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:

$106,000.00 -$160,000.00

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
