Job Description
Job Summary:
Business Solutions is responsible for consulting with internal customers to assess current business processes, develop recommendations, and implement process improvements to limit risks and avoid problems. Business Solutions also assists internal customers with operational activities to support the efficiency of daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for client agenda creation
Assists with CMS reporting review process
Creates Data Validation Audit samples for annual Medicare client audits
Administers various bulk processes using internal tools
Manages member Opt Out process
Updates client programs within the Connectยฎ platform
Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
Analyze and solve moderate complexity problems with a focus on quality and timely completion of project deliverables
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years' experience
Experience with Connect platform preferred
Skill Sets:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and responsibilities
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Solution-oriented
Excellent time management skills
Prioritization skills and goal setting
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Anticipated salary range: $63,000 - $100,000
- Bonus eligible: No
