About the Opportunity
Since its successful relaunch in September of 2022, CGI is looking for a Senior Projects Associate who will plug into a rapidly growing team and help to bolster its efforts. This role is charged with supporting the Deputy Director/Director of Implementation with developing project management tools and standard operating procedures, as well as providing administrative support. Candidates for this role will be a highly organized self-starter, who is curious, creative, and committed to the vision of CGI.

Core Responsibilities
In this role you will work on:
Administrative and Operational Support
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Take, synthesize, and share meeting notes
- Draft briefing documents as requested
- Conducting desk research including on prospective partners, industry trends, and major, relevant news events
- Support on events as needed
- Organize the tracking of quantitative and qualitative progress against deadlines
- Maintain CRM records; documenting interactions and managing partner information
- Pull data for monthly and quarterly reports
Project Management Support & Special Projects
- Produce project management tools including:
- Workplans
- Gantt charts
- Dashboards & tables
- Assist in the drafting of standard operating procedure guidelines including:
- Data management guides
- CRM guides
- Onboarding guides
- Support on special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; at least 3 years work experience operating in a similar role at a similar sized organization required
- Background in event management, fundraising, campaigns, or membership development.
- Excellent researcher with strong data management skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to work in a varying schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, and work on multiple time zones, as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $50 – 55K annually, depending on the experience you bring. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.
