About The Role 

Path is hiring a new team to build provider operations underpinning the next $100M+ vertical at Path. We are looking for a strong generalist to come work with our team of experienced, passionate individuals to scale our Psychiatry business, both in terms of size and geographical reach. 

As a Senior Provider Operations Associate at Path, you will help grow our business dramatically by developing new recruiting strategies and onboarding processes, transforming our technical systems to support our growth, and working cross-functionally (including with our Product & Engineering teams) to build a world-class provider experience.

You Will 

  • Be a key player in building a new Provider Operations team to support scaling the Psychiatry business

  • Support transforming existing recruiting and onboarding processes into scalable operations & systems to onboard an increasing number of providers in multiple states

  • Develop & maintain a playbook of key onboarding processes to set new providers up for success

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed to ensure smooth recruiting and onboarding processes

  • Pilot provider recruitment initiatives (e.g., conferences) to grow our team of providers

  • Build a new scalable training program, i.e., videos and handouts with most critical information, and update existing training content to ensure it’s high impact

  • Support cross-functional pilots impacting the new provider experience


You Are 

  • Must-Haves

    • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or an operations role

    • Ability to get things done with minimal supervision

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities

    • Familiarity with GSuite, and ability to learn new systems quickly

    • Succinct written and oral communication

    • Experience with process optimization and standing up scalable processes

  • Preferred

    • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Airtable, Fountain

    • Experience working in high-growth startups and/or the behavioral health sector
