Senior PSP Account Manager

Your role at Exness:
We are opening a great opportunity for an Senior PSP Account Manager to join us at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus. You will work with the Vendor Relationship Manager supporting the interaction with all payment providers and relevant vendors, helping to build strong relationships with our vendors and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible payment experience for Exness clients worldwide.
You will:
- Support the Vendor Relationship Manager in the communication and management of vendor relationships;
- Analyze payment landscape to identify gaps and points of improvement according to strategy plans;
- Analyze the activities of competitors and the industry to identify new opportunities and vendors;
- Operate as the point of contact for potential and existing vendors Asia/LATAM region;
- Execute independent search and acquisition of new local payment providers;
- Commercial offers review and negotiation of best terms;
- Support the onboarding procedure for new vendors;
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on new vendor projects;
- Assist with handover of the day-to-day operations of vendor after it’s live to Operations team;
- Monitor the operations of the providers according to Service Level Agreement;
- Manage internal /external communications and issue resolution;
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience working within online focussed companies ideally within CFD/payments or gambling industries;
- Experience working with online payment solutions within an international environment;
- Proven track record and extensive connections in Online Payments industry;
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to travel and attend industry events;
- Goal-oriented “can do” attitude;
- Motivated Team Player;
- Fluency in English is a must
