Senior Purchasing Specialist

Key responsibilities / activities

• Assure a fair process for all the supplier according to Ethics and Compliance standards
• Working closely with BU Marketing, Project Execution and Tendering team to create optimized purchasing proposals, improve hit rate and secure customer on time delivery;
• Vendor creation, frame agreement and contract upload in SSP-SRM (Supplier Portal - Supplier Relationship Management), Reporting, etc.
• Ensure that all the supplier qualification & certification required have been done (RFI, SAM Audit, Cybersecurity, etc)
• Select right suppliers according to the specifics needs and soc (Supplier orientation chart) matrixrequest for quotation
• Responsible for providing a right level of support to the tendering & execution teams with the expected competitiveness, reliability, quality and timeliness.

• Mechanical/Electric Bachelor or above
• 3+ Year of experience working in Purchasing activities, Experience in project and/or service business is a plus
• Good experience on Supplier management, project management, and familiar with Electric Power & IA technology, especially for Industry automation, Energy Digital area;
• Good communication skills
• Good Command of Negotiation skills
• English Intermediate
