About Role:

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about helping ship high quality, production ready products. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about the opportunity to create, own and enhance the entire QA process for our Product Team. You should have experience with documenting feature specs, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and building out test plans consisting of both manual and automated tests.

What you’ll be working on

• Designing and executing test plans for new products and features as embedded QA in a development team
• Writing automated end-to-end tests.
• Regression testing (automated and manual)
• Understanding the needs of our stakeholders to help improve the end-user experience
• Working within the broader QA team to drive process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional QA experience
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing
• Demonstrated experience with writing automated tests using TypeScript/JavaScript and tools like Cypress would be considered as an advantage
• Strong knowledge of HTTP protocol and practical experience in testing REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Dedication to building a great product and polished user experiences
• You are detail-oriented and apply that focus to test-case design, tracking, and implementation
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and willing to wear many hats

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of modern JavaScript and best practices
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
• Strong knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
