About the Job

At Infillion, the Quality Services team provides testing services to all engineering teams; Front-End Engineering, Back-End Engineering, Full-Stack Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science. The Quality Services team is tightly integrated with the Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering teams.

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will have an important role of ensuring quality across the tech stack, be an advocate of quality, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization. You will also have the ability to provide input across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, and the freedom to choose the methodology that will best achieve Quality Assurance objectives.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, and provide meaningful feedback
• Collaborate with users, other technical teams, and product owners to clarify and bridge gaps in requirements
• Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases
• Develop and execute the automation roadmap to continually improve test coverage and increase scalability
• Create and maintain automation frameworks to maximize test coverage and increase the speed of deployment across multiple applications and platforms
• Manage multiple projects and timelines
• Be a coach and mentor to team members

What you have:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred
• 6+ years of experience in automation and quality assurance across platforms; Desktop and Mobile
• 6+ years of experience with databases; SQL, Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB, etc.
• Skilled with troubleshooting and debugging issues for complex systems
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Javascript/ReactJS/NodeJS, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Automation experience with connected-device (Roku, FireTV, Xbox, etc.) is a strong plus
• Experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus
