Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Architect and implement scalable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring coverage of all software functionalities.
• Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects using issue tracking tools like Jira.
• Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in the QA process and contribute to the development of innovative testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in QA or automation are a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA automation with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Java
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
• Proficient in using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred for communication to stakeholders.
