As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Agile team, contributing to the successful execution of testing strategies. You will leverage your deep understanding of testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes, drive continuous improvement, and promote a quality-first mindset across the organization.

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation, with a deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools (such as JIRA), and processes.
• Advanced knowledge in Python, along with extensive experience using automated testing tools like Pytest and Rest Assured.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, including tools like Gradle, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to identify issues in the testing process, tools, or infrastructure, and the ability to propose and drive meaningful improvements.
• Proficient in building Test Automation Frameworks in a continuous delivery/continuous testing environment.
• Proven experience in creating and managing CICD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes, with the ability to navigate and thrive in these environments.
• Capable of identifying and solving testing and quality challenges, using strategic and innovative solutions.
• A collaborative team player who values effective communication and enjoys working closely with others.
• Skilled in balancing automation with manual exploratory testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• A critical thinker with curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Organized and comfortable working in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Practical Details:

• This is a contracting position for 12 months initially (potential for extension)
• The position is full time 40 hours per week (no part-time option available)
• The position has local (CET) working hours
• Salary is paid monthly in gross US Dollars
