Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities: 

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll take on the challenge of:

• Designing and executing end-to-end manual and automated tests for front-end and back-end interfaces.
• Specializing in testing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Generating and managing test data to facilitate thorough software testing.
• Tracking and reporting defects, providing clear and actionable insights to our development team.
• Preparing detailed test execution reports to share successes and areas for improvement.
• Crafting test cases and user documentation for our applications, contributing to a seamless user experience.

• Proven experience with bug tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• A solid foundation in software development methodologies and a deep understanding of software testing principles at the ISTQB level.
• Proficiency in tools like Postman, SoapUI, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Intermediate skills in Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with test management tools like TestFLO, XRay, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Experience in testing both SOAP and REST APIs.
• Skilled in reporting bugs clearly and preparing thorough quality reports.
• At least 4 years in a testing role, with at least 2 years focused on test automation using POM.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab.
• Previous work with device farm services like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest
• Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification or experience with advanced ISTQB or other testing qualifications
