Senior QA Engineer

Our innovative engineers are building technology that solves real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to build test plans and maintain performance testing solutions that measure real-world workloads, ensuring the release of high quality code in a fast-paced CI/CD environment. The ideal candidate has deep technical experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to do more than write code. 

What You’ll Do

• Own the design, development, and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple features
• Maintain test case backlog to be automated during regression of mobile and web products
• Review and analyze product requirements ensuring conformity to design guidelines 
• Lead by example and mentor junior developers in all aspects of planning, development and testing
• Identify, isolate, document product defects, report issues, and verify the fixes
• Execute automated tests and review results
• Serve as a vocal advocate for quality in every step of the development process

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable experience
• At least 6+ years of QA experience
• Strong background with Python, Ruby, and/or Javascript
• Experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium
• Prior experience working databases and SQL 
• Experience using Postman
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and testing approaches
• Thrives in fast-paced environment, with ability to operate within short release-cycles
• Detail-oriented nature with strong discipline for adhering to guidelines
