Senior QA Engineer

The Senior QA Engineer will lead the quality assurance for our projects centered around PostgreSQL databases. You will design and implement test plans, automate testing processes, and ensure all database solutions meet our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies and execute test plans specifically for PostgreSQL databases.
• Conduct data validation, integrity checks, regression, and performance tests.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts, primarily in SQL, to streamline our testing process.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality.
• Identify and resolve database issues, and document all testing phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years QA experience, specifically with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and QA tools like JIRA.
