Senior QA Engineer (Vilnius or Kaunas)

We’re looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer to join our team working on crucial customer-facing domains. This includes managing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns, sending engaging, personalized, branded messages on behalf of our customers, and creating effective forms for lead and contact data collection. While the team ensures high deliverability rates by implementing best practices for customer reputation and content quality, you will play as one of the key roles in maintaining and improving these standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall quality initiatives across the entire company, supporting our mission to uplift overall quality standards.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated autonomy in identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives
• Proven persistence in validating improvements through actionable results rather than assumptions or discussions
• Mature approach with a willingness to mentor and share knowledge, contributing to the team's growth and expertise
• Proven knowledge of quality assurance and understanding of software development life cycle
• Proficiency in automated UI testing (incl. testing automation frameworks such as Playwright, Jasmine, Mocha, etc.)
• Proficiency in automated APIs and RESTful APIs testing
• Strong capability in understanding the requirements of business and translating them to test plans and test cases
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Strong commitment to representing our customers' interests, including understanding their needs, engaging in conversations with them, and ensuring their requirements are met
• Dedication to ensuring information security through rigorous security testing practices and addressing potential vulnerabilities
