Senior QA Manager - Apps (f/m/d)

As a QA Manager, you will join the Quality Assurance team and ensure that the quality of our software products meets the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify, escalate and resolve quality issues, as well as develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the QA strategy, policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
• Work closely with the development and product management teams to understand product requirements and ensure that quality is built into the development process.
• Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports, and communicate quality status and progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support to identify, escalate and resolve quality issues reported by customers.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
• Demonstrated interest in developing and implementing QA strategies, policies, procedures, and standards
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus
