Accountabilities

  • Ensure the role of Qualified Person as specified in applicable regulations
  • Develop and implement Local Quality Strategy for pharmaceutical products
  • Assure quality compliance of products and services with internal and external standards
  • Lead quality improvement projects across Contract Manufacturers (CMs)
  • Manage and document critical quality incidents according to established standards
  • Support new product launches and product transfers
  • Interact with local management to report on quality system status regularly
  • Ensure effective implementation of quality manuals and documentation systems
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GMP, ISO)
  • Proficient in French and English
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, including Risk-Based Quality Assurance
  • Experience with quality processes related to drug and medical device manufacturing
  • Ability to lead training and support for GxP compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
