Senior QA Test Automation Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior QA Test Automation Specialist at IBM to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. This role plays an important part in our company's product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting QA tests before product release to ensure products are delivered with high quality and that they meet client needs. We are looking for an individual who has work experience with data analysis software such as IBM SPSS Modeler or similar products that include skills such as Predictive Modeling, Text Analytics, etc and passionate about performing QA testing in an agile environment. Selected candidate will have an opportunity to work on a cutting-edge technologies & products such as watsonx, AI, synthetic data and more.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise• 6+ years Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming language. Preferable Java or Python.• 6+ years Strong experience in building and maintaining automated test frameworks (preferably Selenium WebDriver)• 6+ years Strong Experience with data analysis software such as IBM SPSS Modeler or similar products that include skills such as Predictive Modeling, Text Analytics, etc.• Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.• Knowledge of Cloud technologies• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• The ability to take ownership of problems and desire to see them through to resolution.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
