Job Description

Who is Brado:

We are a tight-knit, Insight team comprised of diverse backgrounds. We are fortunate to work exclusively with some of the world's largest and most influential healthcare brands tackling the most complex business challenges. Leading these initiatives are our Strategists - hungry, dynamic individuals with Creative, Agency Planning, and Research backgrounds, as well as senior level client-side marketing experience. We have the unique ability to bridge the gap between information gathering and creative thinking, insight and imagination, and strategy and execution. This is our dream job, and we inspire each other to be the best in the world at what we do.

Position Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Qualitative Insight Director to join our team. This individual is a creative problem solver who consistently and effectively executes projects, often as a coach mentoring teammates. You must be able to quickly gain the confidence of clients who see Brado as strategic consultants beyond traditional market researchers. You must be able to engage an audience - writing and presenting your ideas, observations, and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner. Above all, you must be a tremendous strategic thinker - someone who inspires confidence by consistently identifying insight that provides clear direction for clients and their agencies.

The person we hire will clearly have a passion for the work we do and will quickly come to have a passion for Brado as well. They must be someone both clients and Brado people genuinely love to work with. Finally, you must be willing and able to travel, flexible in your working hours (which at times span outside of a typical "9-5"), and self-motivated.
