Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (Engineer) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing on software and technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and potential issues. This position would be working on our camp registration software known as iCampPro.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and functionality of software products.
• Identify appropriate parameters, functions, and data for testing and validation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct testing to ensure products meet user requirements and adhere to established guidelines.
• Log and recreate error codes, bugs, and defects for analysis and resolution.
• Report defects to programmers, providing recommendations for solutions, improvements, and updates.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of software and database testing, including designing and manipulating test data and validating stored jobs.
• Proficiency in Java or C# is essential.
• Experience with Selenium or Playwright is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with developers, project managers, and customer support.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ of related experience required.
• Must have Java or C# experience.
• Experience with Selenium or Playwright preferred.
• Minimum of five years of manual software testing experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience in automated testing preferred.
• 2+ years of Postman experience preferred.
