Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Payments

Role
The QA Analyst is an essential role in adhering to and measuring impact of quality standards. They will look for flaws while they proactively contribute and enhance the tools and methods we currently use.
What You Will Do
- Champion of quality to team members by educating them on strategy and framework
- Collaborate with teams during discovery phases to perform early stage quality tasks
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of test plans based on prior test analysisÂ
- Collaborate with product team to define acceptance criteria and refinement
- Responsible for providing estimates on refined efforts of work
- Collaborate with QA Leadership during test review practicesÂ
- Responsible for the oversight and execution of planned testing activities
- Coordinate closely with test engineers to help grow our automated regression suite
- Responsible for reporting on bug findings and defects
- Review reported bugs with the product team to assess impact on customer experience
- Understanding the fundamentals of your team's domain, and how it contributes to overall business strategy
- Track and report testing status using established QA metrics and KPIs for assigned products
- Coordinate with QA leadership to ensure the emphasis on quality within our release practices
What You Need to Succeed
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong problem solver with excellent prioritization skills.
- You have experience with testing third party integrations.
- You have had active involvement throughout development/testing life cycles.
- You have experience with Postman or comparable API testing tools.
- You have experience as a quality team member on a scrum team.

- Mobile testing experience; skilled with mobile troubleshooting and debugging techniques on Android and iOS platforms
- Experience developing test automation
- High-energy with a hustle, motivation, and drive that’s contagious
- Application development experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET
- Experience working in a high-growth, late-stage technology startup company
- Proven collaborative team player across multiple functions and geographies
- Experience with the non-profit sector

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $88,500 - $119,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
