Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced QA engineer to join our product team. As a QA engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS AI products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and defining automated QA tests, a passion for delivering high-quality software, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS AI products.
• Identify, report, and track issues effectively with your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Define test strategies and test scenarios.
• Use technologies such as Selenium and WebdriverIO to build, expand, and maintain our automated testing suite and integrate it into our CI/CD pipelines.
• Use your programming and SQL skills to build reliable, high-quality tests.
• Your tests cover all aspects of our SaaS applications such as databases, backend, and frontend services.
• As part of a cross functional team, you collaborate closely with others and organize your work in Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications:
 

• 5 years of experience in a QA engineering role or a similar position in software testing and test automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and software systems.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the highest level of product quality.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant QA certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus.
• Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
