We are seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by developing and delivering training programs that align with our company's core values

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness in SLMS
• Create teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and ensure employees' growth aligns with company goals.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them.
• Deliver training courses
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Sound understanding of ISo13485:2016 Standard and its application

Requirements and skills

• Adequate knowledge of learning management software
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office and in database software

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in Medical Devices QMS domain
• Bachelor's in Engineering/ Biotech/Biomedical will be preferred
