About Role:

As a Senior React Native Developer at CodeNinja, you will take on a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal user experience and performance. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React Native architecture, components, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Solid understanding of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Previous experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
