About Role:
As a Senior React Native Developer at CodeNinja, you will take on a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal user experience and performance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React Native architecture, components, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
- Solid understanding of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Previous experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
