Senior React Native Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior React Native Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and vendors from multiple countries, lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive the development of high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing client and vendor teams (US, Ireland, Poland)
• Communicate daily with the customer and vendors
• Work closely with the scrum team to deliver features
• Own the technical solution and serve as the team's go-to person for development and technical queries
• Work with Project Management and Product Management teams on release planning
• Provide technical insights on relevant emerging technologies (e.g., pair programming, test automation, lunch and learns, conferences, tech design sessions, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React Native, including React Navigation, React Native view layer, Redux, and React Native Firebase for push notifications and crash reporting
• Background in developing iOS and Android mobile applications
• Understanding of design patterns and concepts used in mobile development
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Diligent work ethic and a strong sense of accountability towards achieving the final result
• Ability to work under the pressure of time and client expectations
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written
