Mondelez International is currently seeking a Real Estate and Workplace Senior Manager to join our Global Real Estate organization. This position reports directly to the North America and Latin America Real Estate and Facilities Leader.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for all real estate transactions (industrial and commercial offices) by partnering with Business Units & Functions to develop strategies, optimize real estate portfolio and deliver results
- Effectively gather information for internal customer needs and collaborate by defining requirements to bring efficiencies and mitigate risks
- Drive real estate projects end-to-end on time including assemble team, craft strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, execute, and gain appropriate levels of approvals
- Develop succinct presentations to guide business decisions and make recommendations
- Prepare management reviews including portfolios and project status
- Conduct site lease/buy/sell analysis for Mondelez Commercial offices and logistics locations, using the Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM) approved appropriation request (AR). Compare options and provide outcomes on Net Present Value, IRR, and Payback to provide executive management with firm metric-based decision analysis.
- Support the rest of REFM team in budget, forecast and projects
- Manage outsourced transaction provider(s) to ensure negotiation and project execution is in line with expectations
- Stay relevant on real estate trends and metrics to drive efficiencies, and lead and share best practices across the other regions
- Work closely with legal to review and finalize real estate leases and purchase and sale agreements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10 or more years of experience in large enterprise corporate real estate or related field
- Proficient in MS Office with emphasis and expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong leadership skills and able to collaborate across different levels of the organization in different operating environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and operate independently to meet deadlines
- Passion for workplace strategies with disciplined approach
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, ownership of solutions, and a constant drive to improve results
- Hybrid working approach from Chicago or New Jersey
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
