Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team. 
 
The Senior Recruiter will focus on hiring Veterinarians for our clinics and help build a team of positive, collaborative, and communicative people. You must be driven to deliver, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to helping the company grow. Additionally, you’ll care deeply about candidates, their experience (during recruitment and employment), as well as the whole Bond Vet team.
What you’ll do:
  • Amplify the Bond Vet culture and our mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care to inspire a diverse pool of talent.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and selection for Veterinarian candidates; specifically, reviewing applications and screening applicants. 
  • Source Veterinarian candidates through direct outreach, industry networking, job boards, and social media. 
  • Consult with Medical Directors across different clinics to fully grasp the skills required for each position to effectively match qualified candidates to clinics needs. 
  • Manage all communication with Veterinarian candidates, from initial outreach to offer letters. 
You have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting (preferred). 
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology (animal or human).
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit healthcare focused roles.
  • Ability to manage all parts of the full recruitment cycle. 
  • Sourcing skills and experience is a must (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean search knowledge etc).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate cross-functionally with executive leadership and medical professionals. 
  • The proven ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and quickly make well-thought-out decisions.
