Two Degrees is a talent resources firm providing professionals on an interim, project or direct placement basis with experience in a variety of areas such as accounting, finance, performance management, business intelligence and analytics, among others. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify effective sourcing strategies and recruit experienced accounting and finance consultants
• Network and build relationships to grow the Two Degrees brand within the greater Phoenix market
• Actively target, pursue and screen candidates for project-based consulting roles
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Significant full life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on accounting and finance recruitment
• Experience recruiting contract/project-based professionals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience sourcing and communicating with high level talent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure business leaders feel supported throughout the process
• High energy, positive attitude, and driver to get things done
