We are experiencing tremendous growth and are adding a strong generalist who loves variety, the travel industry and creating unforgettable hiring experiences for candidates. You’ll own the hiring process from sourcing to closing for individual contributors through management positions. As a trusted partner you’ll help hiring teams continuously improve recruiting processes. As our Talent Acquisition team continues to sharpen our skills and processes and implement best practices, you'll have a voice in helping us build a world class TA function. This role has a meaningful impact on the growth and success of Evolve.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions including corporate and leadership roles within the organization
- Serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers on the interview process and structure, candidate assessment, decision making, offer negotiation and closing
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, and build diverse talent pipelines and networks to attract passive talent for hard to fill roles
- Share market intelligence and candidate data with teammates and hiring stakeholders that will inform and influence the recruitment process
- Be a brand ambassador with our candidates and throughout the community
- Leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies
- Share best practices and process improvement ideas, supporting the team to improve each day while scaling our hiring operations
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Successful recruiting for a wide variety of skills and positions from individual contributor through senior level roles
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build and execute a sourcing strategy while utilizing a wide range of methods and approaches
- Experience with DEI hiring best practices and the knowledge of how to build an equitable hiring process in partnership with hiring managers and business partners
- Ability to combine business acumen with strong influencing skills to advise and coach hiring partners
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships with stakeholdersÂ
- Strong experience and understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and managing the recruiting process within an ATS
- Approach every role with the candidate experience in mind
- Possess a high level of proficiency with recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn and other sourcing toolsÂ
- Capable of thinking creatively and critically, and thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment
- You have a sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team

LocationÂ
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.Â
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $84,000 to $96,000, depending on relevant experience
