Core One is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for exploiting multiple sources and finding top level cleared talent to provide support to our intelligence community customer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting of cleared and non-cleared candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
• Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships
• Maintain our applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing
• Lead recruiting initiatives for active proposals, including (staffing, developing written content addressing solicitation requirements, creating Key Personnel Qualification Matrixes (KPQM) and/or formatting resumes detailing specialized experience and qualifications for bid personnel.)
• Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
• Perform salary negotiations
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of related recruiting experience
• Direct experience recruiting in the intelligence community

• Experience in the recruitment of candidates who possess a US Government security clearance up to TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Demonstrated deep technical knowledge of advanced recruiting techniques, including standard and non-standard recruiting methods, internet mining, direct sourcing, and networking with referrals for leads

• Prior experience in the recruitment of candidates with US Government security clearances
• A track record of strong performance against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates
• Ability to work independently

DESIRED SKILLS

• AIRS certification
• SHRM or HRCI certifications
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Possess a Secret clearance or higher; have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
