Your Role Â
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and execute innovative recruitment strategies to fuel the growth of our Japan operations. You will work in a global setting, bringing unique approaches to attract top talent and hire across diverse departments. You will have the opportunity to put your solutions into action from day one, shaping our recruiting in the region!Â
A Day in Your New Role:Â Â
- Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for entry to mid-level positions, helping to build a team of high-performing individuals in new and existing marketsÂ
- Cultivate strong relationships with universities to enhance our campus initiatives in Japan, aiming to establish our company as a top employer in the regionÂ
- Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline Â
- Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategies and processes within the Japanese marketÂ
- Utilize data to guide effective hiring decisions and optimize recruitment effortsÂ
- Enhance our employer brand to position our company as a leading choice for prospective candidatesÂ

Qualities You Have Â
- Bachelor’s degreeÂ
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience: from sourcing top talent to closing candidatesÂ
- Focus on Candidate Experience: deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring processÂ
- Expert Sourcing Skills: excel at identifying passive candidates on BizReach, LinkedIn Recruiter, OpenWork, and other local job boardsÂ
- High-Volume Recruiting: thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, filling roles and driving talent acquisition projectsÂ
- Recruitment Strategy: employ creative and innovative solutions to attract and engage top talent Â
