About the Role:
Β
Limit Break is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to partner closely with multiple hiring teams to build effective sourcing for talent in our growing Tokyo mobile gaming studio.

Responsibilities:
β Source resumes for engineering, information technology and design opportunities
β Connect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build pipelines
β Mine for top performers in both traditional and unexpected places
β Travel to community networking events to promote employment brand
β Recruit and interview qualified candidates and submit to appropriate client opportunities
β Build candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow up
β Write job descriptions and advise/create hiring strategyΒ
β Negotiate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment process
β Provide HR management support as needed for employees
β Work closely with hiring managers to define and qualify requirements
β Build job descriptions and implement proactive recruiting strategies
β Source passive candidates at all levels
β Establish recruitment expertise and provide prescriptive recruitment support to internal partners
β Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners and Talent operations team
β Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, and be comfortable using data to influence hiring.
β Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring not only just a good candidate experience but a good hiring manager experience as well

Qualifications:
β Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese (bi-lingual)
β Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting in the hi-tech industry as an in-house recruiter
β Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
β Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
β Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
