Position Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter specializing in staff level and executive talent acquisition with experience in asset management, your role is crucial in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier candidates pivotal to driving our company's growth and strategic success. Your expertise in recruitment, coupled with financial services insight, will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.

Essential Job Functions [1]:
- Partner closely with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role specifications, and devise effective recruitment strategies aligned with our firm’s objectives.
- Perform sourcing research to identify candidates, both passive and active, along with recommending new resources to elevate candidate quality.
- Drive and continuously optimize the recruitment process through Greenhouse (applicant tracking system), integrating industry specific best practices and delivering exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute efficient sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, financial services networks, industry platforms and associations to proactively build and nurture robust candidate pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates and assess a number of factors regarding their capabilities to share with hiring managers.
- Drive the recruiting process for assigned requisitions/client groups to include:
- Work with business unit leaders to anticipate, identify and quantify hiring needs
- Assist with creating and proof-reading job descriptions
- Ensure recruiting procedure and requisition process is followed
- Actively manage the interview process ensuring a healthy pace and sense of urgency throughout the process to include soliciting interviewer feedback and providing the candidates with timely feedback
- Make sure adequate follow-up has occurred throughout the process and that all documentation is maintained
- Collaborate with the hiring managers and other human resource staff throughout the offer process to build offer packages by providing data and recommendations and identifying needs, salary ranges, incentives, start dates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in human resources related projects: Own one or more processes or projects as assigned.
- Act as a firm representative at events, conferences, and networking platforms, elevating our employer brand within the asset management community and attracting elite talent.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree. Relevant master’s degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of talent acquisition experience with recent experience within the financial services space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must to effectively engage senior-level candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred. We use Greenhouse.
- Knowledge of and experience in the financial markets, asset management, and ETFs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
