Senior Recruiter

As a Sr. Recruiter, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles in R&D, Product, and other areas.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on talent acquisition.
• Build strong candidate relationships and enhance the candidate experience.
• Focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and creative, low-cost strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay updated on the latest recruiting technology, trends, and practices.
• Champion Gong’s operating principles and unique culture.

You should apply if you:

• Have 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a technology company, preferably a high-growth one.
• Excel in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Have demonstrated success with direct sourcing.
• Are tech-savvy and familiar with the latest recruiting tools.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
