How You’ll Make a Difference

As a recruiter, your mission is to source, engage, and hire exceptional candidates for our growing teams, partnering closely with our hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective process. Our transformative therapies couldn’t move forward without our incredible people. Your work identifying and hiring talented individuals is critical to ensuring Arcellx realizes our mission and brings potentially life-saving cancer therapies to patients.

The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

• Own the full cycle recruiting process for open positions across the company, including positions in R&D, technical operations, clinical and regulatory, G&A, etc.
• Drive a robust and diverse candidate pipeline through creative sourcing, inbound applicants, and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience to our candidates.
• Build strong and impactful relationships with hiring managers and engage and train internal hiring teams.
• Help build a best-in-class Talent organization.

Skills and Experience We Look For

Our ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a highly technical organization, preferably in life sciences, and can demonstrate they possess the key skills needed to do the job, such as high emotional intelligence, high level of organization and ability to build meaningful relationships.

In addition to a competitive base salary, our compensation package includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
