About the role:

Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and looking to add a Senior Recruiter to be a strategic partner to Sales and Corporate business leaders. In this hybrid role you will help shape and contribute to the broad hiring goals of the Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, you will be able to help drive the evolution of the talent strategy by leading process improvement projects and helping to build the best employment brand in the country. You will be inspiring, innovative and challenge the status quo. This is your chance to be at the right place at the right time.

What you’ll do:

  • Find great people for GoHealth by using technology (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, and more), networking events, relationships, and pipelining.
  • Leverage your previous Sales and Sales Support hiring experience in a high-volume setting during Sales hiring ramps.
  • Apply your G&A hiring expertise to support corporate hiring goals.
  • Be a trusted advisor when consulting leadership by leveraging market intelligence and understanding job seeker and labor market dynamics.
  • Manage expectations of business leaders from hiring managers up through executive leadership
  • Assist with building hiring plans that provide equal opportunities to all candidates, internal and external.
  • Be a brand ambassador for GoHealth, pursuing opportunities to become embedded in the local market and sharing company, culture, and value information with prospective employees to position GoHealth as an employer of choice.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
  • 3+ years’ experience of a blended background between Sales, Sales Support, G&A Corporate, and/or agency
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare and Technology; Medicare industry knowledge preferred.
  • Masterful negotiating skills that work on behalf of the company and the talent
  • Project management and full cycle recruiting process improvement experience.
  • Knowledgeable pulse on the hiring market and understand how to use that data to improve our hiring strategy.
  • Executive business acumen and communication skills
  • Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bias for action, making commitments, gaining agreement on teams.
