As Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various corporate, functional, and business line roles across the organization. This position requires a proactive and strategic recruiter who can effectively engage with potential candidates and ensure the best talent is selected to meet the company’s needs. The Senior Recruiter will act as a key advisor to hiring managers and play a critical role in delivering a top-tier candidate experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Development - Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Candidate Sourcing - Direct Sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels. Leverage various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to proactively source and identify candidates for a wide range of corporate positions.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

  • Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by communicating timely updates, conducting interviews in a respectful and engaging manner, and providing feedback.

  • Data-Driven Decisions - Use metrics and data to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed recommendations for improvement.

  • Talent Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering relationships with passive candidates.

  • Market Insights - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to advise business leaders.

  • Diversity and Inclusion - Promote diversity hiring initiatives and ensure recruiting practices align with the company’s D&I goals.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.

  • 10+ years of corporate / agency recruiting experience, with a focus on senior-level or niche positions. Previous experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong negotiation and offer management experience.

  • Proficient with Workday

  • Familiarity with local and federal labor laws and recruitment best practices.
