You can run a smooth well organized end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, qualifying and closing candidates to add value to our already strong teams. You are organized, driven and eager to work with A-players.

What you'll do:

• Identify, source, screen and close both technical and non-technical top tier talent
• Utilize recruiting tools such as Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms to identify talent for position requirements
• Work directly with executive-level hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of an end-to-end talent search
• Recruit and hire the future leaders of Skillz

Your Skillz:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, 4+ recruiting experience in technology (a mix of agency and corporate  experience is preferred)
• Able to build and manage strong and lasting relationships with even the most senior candidates and executives
• Track record of success, demonstrated through metrics and/or in-company advancement
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior candidates (manager/director+) autonomously, including "hard to fill" roles
• Metrics and processed focused as a means to generating repeatable success  
• Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don’t know it already (e.g., google docs, google drive, applicant tracking systems)
