Senior Recruiter
The Senior Recruiter will consult with internal business groups and provide full life cycle recruiting to
find, attract and hire talent for the company while delivering a "Best in Class" recruiting experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a detailed understanding and awareness of the organization's talent strategy as it
relates to talent needs. - Actively influence and advises hiring managers by applying knowledge of the organization and
expertise of labor markets to staffing decisions. - Utilizes innovative sourcing skills to find diverse talent for open roles and to build strong talent benches.
- Translates business imperatives into sourcing strategy that meets the current business need and drives the creation of targeted talent pipelines for anticipation of future talent needs ensuring diverse candidate pools.
- Provides data insights to HR business partners and hiring managers and recommends new
approaches to ensure recruiting goals are met. - Leverages applicant tracking, online recruiting sources and social media technology tools to
locate, engage, and hire prospective candidates. - Be a proactive brand ambassador and participate in networking events, community initiatives,
and professional associations to source new talent, develop talent benches, and build
employment brand. - Conduct phone interviews with the most qualified candidates and respond to candidate calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Review candidates with the hiring manager, arrange interviews, and gather feedback.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and
regulations. - Keep abreast of labor and employment laws and trends.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work,
education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and
collaborate at all levels. - Deep knowledge of the local and national labor market, including current trends in
employment and diversity recruiting. - Expertise in sourcing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media channels.ADP Workforce Now Recruiting experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law, compensation, diversity, EEO, Affirmative
Action and ADA. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Data driven mindset with ability to glean insights and recommendations from analysis and
present findings in a clear, concise way. - Passion in recruiting and discovering and exploiting new candidate channels focused on
building diverse candidate slates. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
