Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter and Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage the A-Z recruitment process and maintain the relationship with key client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, business goals, and organizational culture.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by offering additional services or solutions.
  • Develop relationships with new potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Previous experience managing client accounts and acting as a point of contact for multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the Engineering or Oil & Gas (O&G) industry is preferred.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for closing candidates and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • This is a full-time, on-site position (in Muscat, Oman office)
