We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our collaborative and relationship-focused People Team. As Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in finding and hiring top talent. The relationships you build with candidates matter and are long term. As a project-based organization, we appreciate and value our strong talented network and keep in touch with known/past candidates for new and upcoming opportunities.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Own candidate pipeline, source and identify candidates through various channels (job postings, database search)
- Qualify resumes and applications and work closely with hiring managers on candidate selection
- Facilitate first connections with candidates, assess candidate qualifications, introduce and build interest in Intelliware, and build strong relationships
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview debrief/feedback sessions
- Manage ATSÂ including proactive candidate outreach, data hygiene, data mining, and reports
- Provide recruiting best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/research
- Promote and support our value prop, culture, and company values
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology and/or consulting industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to qualify technical candidates
- Degree/Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)
