Senior Recruiter - SG&A, Quantum Computing

We are looking for a contract-to-hire, Sr Recruiter that will specialize and own the Sales, General & Administrative job openings for IonQ. As a Sr Recruiter, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers. In this role you will build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders, evangelize IonQ and adapt to ever changing business needs.

Responsibilities: 

• Become knowledgeable about our business and be able to highlight the amazing impact our quantum computers will have on the world
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and partner with them to prioritize departmental needs, understand their challenges, and define and execute a plan to exceed their expectations
• Source, screen, interview candidates, and facilitate hiring decisions for a variety of roles throughout the company
• Ability to sell and negotiate with candidates that are the top in their field and will have multiple offers

You'd be a good fit with :

• Experience working in-house at a start-up or tech company
• 8+ years of SG&A recruiting experience and a proven track record in sourcing, screening and closing top tier candidates in Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal and Finance
• Experience collaborating with recruiters and hiring partners across different functions
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working as part of a team
• Proven innovation in sourcing, attracting and engaging a diverse pool of niche talent
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationships across all levels of the organization
• Long term creation, building and curation of a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles and teams
