Senior Recruiter, Supply Chain
Job Description
Columbia Sportswear's Talent organization is evolving. As a Senior Recruiter, Supply Chain you will have the opportunity to apply a creative framework of sourcing and outreach to connect with passive and active candidates within the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Apparel and Footwear industries. Here you'll develop and oversee recruitment for Supply Chain and Manufacturing professional roles throughout Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, SOREL and prAna.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Partner with hiring managers, HR and Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruitment and hiring strategies that yield the best hires for Columbia Sportswear.
- Builds "hires vs plan" strategies that are aligned to business priorities.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, making necessary adjustments in order to meet aggressive hiring needs.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, conferences, and Columbia employees.
- Utilize social media channels to find and attract talent as well as to further our employment brand.
- Drive process excellence within HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Educate business partners on the competitive landscape to help drive an effective hiring process.
- Responsible for ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions on time and within budget.
- Conduct and document pre-screening interviews and track all candidate workflows in Workday.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering employment offers.
- Provide timely recruiting updates to hiring team
- Manage personal recruiting metrics
YOU ARE
- Strong lead generation skills for Supply Chain/Manufacturing professional talent a must with the ability to develop recruiting plans for hard-to-fill requisitions.
- Understanding of the creative recruiting space specifically in apparel and footwear design, merchandising, product creation and buying.
- Ability to partner, collaborate, consult, and gain trust quickly with all levels of our organization.
- Creates sourcing strategies for hard to fill requisitions
- Participates in on and offsite networking events.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5 plus years Recruiting/TA experience.
- 3 plus years of recruitment for professional Supply Chain positions.
- 3 plus years of sourcing/search strategy experience for Supply Chain positions.
- Working knowledge and recruitment experience for Supply Chain analytics/systems functional roles preferred
- Experience in Retail, Apparel, or Footwear industries highly desired.
